David and his team are the reason our house is still standing (ok, that’s an over statement, but it’s almost true). We bought a house with so many hidden problems and Pollack Construction has been there every step of the way, from emergency plumbing and electrical issues to a complete bathroom remodel. They have redone part of our kitchen; they came to the rescue when a ceiling fell in due to hidden plumbing issues from previous owners. They even replaced an external wall. I think we would have thrown in the towel on this house had we not had the Pollack team to support us every step of the way. They do quality work; they are honest, and I trust them in my home. They have done quality work on several neighbors homes as well, as per our recommendation. Everyone is happy with the work. We are grateful to have them on our home ownership journey.

Pollock and his team gave me a beautiful new bathroom when I moved into my home in 2022 and in 2024 they helped finish my basement with vinyl flooring and crown molding! They are reliable, affordable and do an amazing job!
